Today we had Bon Air come out to our home to inspect our AC unit. It wasn't cooling the house for the last week. We called another company last week, in regards to the same issue. The owner of the other company came out to meet with us. After he looked at our equipment he informed us that our compressor had gone out and our 2nd unit would not except any freon. He quickly told us we needed to replace both systems to the tune of $12,000.00.
The Bon Air Tech called before he arrived and was on time. He diagnosed that the problem was low freon on both units. We couldn't believe our hears and were over joyed. Thanks you for your honesty, professionalism, and for sending Adam. We will be sharing our experience with all our friends and relatives. Have a great day and Thank you again.

I called Bon Air service to request a free estimate on replacing our AC/furnace system and my intention was to compare more than one company . But while the salesperson was explaining to me about their products and services I felt confident that I should have them do the work for us .And I glad I did , JOHN was very friendly and helpful and so was Kyle and the other two guys who were with him . Came on time (very important to me) very friendly and professional and finished the job earlier than I expected . I definitely will recommend them . I wished that they provided more services .
I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the technician that came to my house. His name was John, and he did a great job! He was very professional. I really liked the way he explained everything he was doing to the A/C unit. I even offered him a tip but he did not accept it. Again, thank you for your great service. I just wanted to say Thank You for doing such a great job repairing my air conditioner, not only did you have a polite professional technician show up within 1 hour of calling for service, but also fix the problem without trying to sell me things that were not needed at the time. It seems that things always break when you are in a tight financial spot and I feel like your company didn’t try to take advantage of a women that really didn’t know much about the problem. I am totally confident that I was treated fairly and will be a repeat customer. Great job from a great company….and that is hard to find these days.
