I cannot begin to tell you how Gracious the Bon Air Service Co. has been to me. I had to have another complete inside and out A/C unit with also complete ductwork done too in the attic, at my other house in N.R.H., TX about 4 1/2 or 5 years ago, and was well please then. So after this satisfactory work, I have used them every since that and now had to replace 2 complete units at where I'm now living at. They always try to get to me as quickly as possible and have very nice, clean people that work for them. Also, the office works well with me, letting me sometimes pay with the credit card over the phone at a little more convenient date. They are very good & fair people to work with and Trust Worthy. I would give them as high a rating as anyone could get.

We admired the patience of Paul and Jr. as they removed our old hvac system and installed a new one. On December 30 th when the wind chill factor was way down, they refused to wait inside where at least they would have a little more protection from the cold wind.
The two worked at a steady pace, without a lot of trash. They knew what they should do at each step. They answered all my questions during the two days they were here, and were great to keep us informed of the progress. Please pass along our thanks to Paul and Jr.
