1971 Bon Air Service Company established in Grand Prairie, Texas
1973 Bon Air Service is acquired as a two bay service station by Calvin and Ruth Brundrett.
Bon Air becomes the first Heating, Ventalation and Air Conditioning company to offer
1 year parts and labor warranty when everyone else at the time offered 90 day parts and
labor warranty.
1976 Bon Air moves to 2121 Galveston in Grand Prairie, Texas.
1983 Bon Air moves to 1905 West Jefferson Street in Grand Prairie Texas where it has over
22,000 sq. ft. and has been there ever since.
1989 Bon Air awarded the Dave Lennox National Award for 1988.
1989 Bon Air receives its first Circle of Excellence award from Lennox Industries.
1991 Bon Air receives its second Circle of Excellence award from Lennox Industries.
1994 Cal Brundrett distinguised by Texas ACCA with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award
1995 Bon Air receives the Dave Lennox Centenial Award
199X Cal Brundrett serves as Director of National Air Conditioning Contractors of America
